16. Charges

The Petroleum Research Center Journal (PRCJ) is fully funded by the Petroleum Research Center (PRC).

The Journal does not charge authors any submission, article processing, publication, or other fees for manuscripts accepted for publication. There are also no subscription or access fees for readers.

All published articles are made freely available online through the Journal’s website, providing free and unrestricted access to readers.

17. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright and moral rights in their published work. By submitting a manuscript to the Petroleum Research Center Journal (PRCJ), authors grant the Journal a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article available in print and electronic formats.

All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Petroleum Research Center.

Under this licence, readers may download, copy, and share the published article for non-commercial purposes, provided that:

appropriate and full credit is given to the authors and the original publication in the Petroleum Research Center Journal;
the article is not modified, adapted, or otherwise altered; and
the material is not used for commercial purposes.
