The Petroleum Research Journal (Petroleum Res, J.) is a multidisciplinary scientific technical journal published periodically by the Petroleum Research Centre. The aim of the journal is to publish articles classified as original papers and short notes, which deal with scientific and technical advances in the fields of geology, geophysics, chemistry, petroleum and chemical engineering. Subject matter should be relevant to hydrocarbon exploration, evaluation and industry. The opinions and contributions expressed by the authors in their comments are solely their responsibility.
